CCAMP Rooftop Tent Installation Service
This service covers the installation of a CCAMP rooftop tent onto the customer’s existing roof crossbars or roof-rack platform.
Our installation service is limited to fitting and securing the rooftop tent to the equipment already installed on your vehicle. It does not include supplying, inspecting, certifying or accepting responsibility for the vehicle’s roof, roof rails, crossbars, platform or their mounting points.
IMPORTANT — CHECK COMPATIBILITY BEFORE BOOKING
Before installation, please confirm with your vehicle manufacturer and roof-rack supplier that your vehicle and rack system are approved for a rooftop tent. You must also confirm all applicable static, dynamic and off-road load ratings, including the combined weight of the tent, rack, accessories and occupants.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

The vehicle roof, crossbars, platform and mounting points are suitable for a rooftop tent.

The complete setup remains within all vehicle and roof-rack load ratings.

The roof rack has been installed correctly and is in safe working condition.

All nuts, bolts, brackets and mounting hardware are inspected and tightened regularly.

The complete installation is checked after the first trip and after every off-road journey.

The vehicle is driven according to road and weather conditions.
Safe Use
A rooftop tent changes your vehicle’s height, weight distribution and centre of gravity. Drive carefully, Max speed is 100km/h and avoid sudden steering, aggressive cornering and extreme four-wheel driving. Take additional care in strong winds, on uneven terrain and around low-clearance structures.

To the extent permitted by law, CCAMP accepts no responsibility for damage, failure, injury or loss resulting from an unsuitable or incorrectly installed roof rack, exceeded load ratings, vehicle modifications, inadequate maintenance, loose hardware, misuse, reckless driving or extreme off-road use.
Nothing in this notice excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
