CCAMP Return & Warranty Policy

G’day— At CCAMP, we take pride in providing quality rooftop tents, awnings, and 4WD accessories built for the Australian outdoors. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Return Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll happily arrange repair, replacement, or store credit.

Eligible for Return

• Products damaged during transit

• Incorrect items supplied

• Verified manufacturing defects

Not Eligible

• Change of mind or incorrect selection

• Damage caused by misuse, poor installation, or lack of maintenance

• General wear and tear, mould, or condensation

How to Return

1. Email admin@ccamp.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and return it within 14 days.
5. If the item was delivered by freight, our courier will organise collection.

Approved returns are credited as store credit (no cash refunds). Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, extreme conditions, or lack of maintenance.

Inclusions:

  • Gas struts and lift mechanisms – faulty or leaking struts due to manufacturing defects

  • Aluminium frame and structure – cracks, weld failures, or deformation caused by material defects

  • Shell and body panels – water leaks or delamination caused by poor sealing or factory fault

  • Hinges and mounting hardware – corrosion or failure due to manufacturing issues

  • Canvas or fabric – stitching failure, seam separation, or water ingress from faulty factory sealing

  • Zippers and closures – failure or separation due to production defect

  • Mattress and internal fittings – if damaged or unusable due to material fault (not wear and tear)

  • Rubber seals and weatherproofing – leaks or separation caused by faulty adhesive or material defects

 

Exclusions

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, or modification
• Wind, storm, hail, or heat damage
• Mould, mildew, or condensation
• Insects, animals, or child interference
• Snapped poles, jammed zippers, or corrosion from poor upkeep

Safety & Maintenance Guidelines

To keep your gear performing at its best:
- Avoid using rooftop tents or awnings in high-wind or severe weather conditions.
- Always secure latches when setting up or packing down.
- Perform regular checks to ensure all bolts, screws, and fittings are tight and corrosion-free.
- If used frequently or off-road, inspect mounts and fasteners weekly.
- Never leave products deployed unattended in changing weather
.

- For safety reasons, always use the ladder in accordance with the ladder safety instructions. The user assumes responsibility for safe use, children should only use the ladder under direct adult supervision.

- CCAMP is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from improper installation or misuse.

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Keep your proof of purchase — warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
2. Email admin@ccamp.com.au with your order number, contact details, and photos or video of the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and advise on next steps.
4. Products under claim must be returned to CCAMP Wangara, WA for assessment.
5. Return freight costs are covered by the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

If the fault is confirmed, CCAMP will repair, replace, or issue store credit at its discretion.

Transport & Fitment Responsibility

CCAMP and its staff are not responsible for how products are loaded, fitted, or transported after purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure items are securely fastened and safe before driving.

- The owner must perform regular safety checks before travel.
- All fittings, bolts, and brackets should be kept tight, rust-free, and properly maintained.
- CCAMP accepts no liability for issues arising from poor maintenance or unsafe use.
