CCAMP Terms of Service & Liability Disclaimer
G’day— thanks for choosing CCAMP! We’re stoked to have you on board for your next adventure. Before you hit the tracks with your rooftop tent or awning, give this a quick read. It’s important stuff that helps keep everything fair and safe.
1. General Policy
At CCAMP, we build our gear tough and ready for the Aussie outdoors, but it’s up to you to make sure it’s used safely. We’re all about adventure — but safety and responsibility sit with the owner, not us.
2. Liability Disclaimer
Let’s be straight up — CCAMP takes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that happen while using our rooftop tents, awnings, or accessories. Once you’ve got the gear, it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s installed, checked, and secured properly before you hit the road.
Always double-check that all bolts, brackets, and mounts are tight before every trip. If anything feels loose or dodgy, fix it before you drive off. Regular inspections are key to safe travels.
3. Installation
We don’t provide detailed installation manuals — every vehicle setup is a bit different. If you’re unsure how to mount your tent or awning, we recommend getting a pro to do the job. Once it’s fitted, you’re responsible for making sure it’s secure and good to go.
4. Warranty Coverage
All CCAMP products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any genuine manufacturing or material defects. It doesn’t cover wear and tear, misuse, weather damage, poor maintenance, accidents, or rough handling.
If you modify, drill, or make any changes to the rooftop tent or awning, the warranty is void straight away. Keep it as it came to stay covered.
To make a claim, email us at admin@ccamp.com.au with proof of purchase, photos, and a quick description of what’s wrong. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
5. Owner Responsibilities
Your safety and setup are in your hands, mate. Make sure you:
• Check all fixings, bolts, and brackets regularly.
• Don’t use your gear in extreme weather (high winds, heavy storms, etc.).
• Know your vehicle’s roof load rating and don’t overload it.
• Keep everything clean, dry, and stored properly when not in use.
• Give everything a once-over before every drive.
6. Product Info & Accuracy
We try our best to keep all the product details and pics accurate on our site, but small differences in colour, size, or design can happen. Weights listed are estimates only — always check your own setup before loading up.
7. Pricing & Orders
All prices are in Aussie dollars (AUD) and might change without notice. Once your order’s paid and confirmed, we’ll pack it up and get it on its way quick smart.
8. Returns & Store Credit
We only accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products — no change-of-mind returns. If a return’s approved, you’ll receive store credit, not a cash refund. Store credits don’t expire and can be used anytime.
To start a return, email admin@ccamp.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and some photos.
9. Electrical Gear
Any 12V or electrical gear should be installed by a qualified auto sparky. We don’t cover damage caused by DIY electrical work.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed under Australian law, CCAMP isn’t responsible for indirect or incidental damage — including personal injury, vehicle damage, or financial loss caused by misuse, poor setup, or neglect. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
11. Safety & Maintenance Guidelines
