At CCAMP, we understand your eagerness to hit the road with your new rooftop tent or camping gear. That's why we strive to make shipping quick, reliable, and hassle-free โ€” no matter where you are in Australia.

๐Ÿšš Standard Shipping

Our standard delivery takes 3โ€“6 business days within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from major metro areas in each state. Once your order's packed and ready, we'll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

โšก Express Shipping

Need it fast? No worries โ€” we've offered delivery of available products. Express orders usually arrive within 2โ€“4 business days.

Store Pickup (Wangara, WA)

Local to Perth? You can pick up your order for free from our showroom:
Unit 3/6 Buckingham Dr, Wangara WA 6065

Simply select "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll let you know as soon as your order's ready to collect. Pickup is available by appointment only โ€” we'll email you when it's good to go.

โ›บ Rooftop Tent & Oversized Item Shipping

Our rooftop tents and larger 4WD gear are heavy-duty, so delivery works a bit differently. You can choose one of the following:

1. Pickup from our warehouse (Wangara, WA) โ€” free and easy.
2. Delivery to a commercial address with a forklift available for unloading.
3. Collection from a freight depot in your nearest city or town.

Please note:
- The recipient is responsible for offloading and removing any packaging or pallets.
- Delivery drivers are not permitted to hand-unload heavy freight items.
- Always check your order carefully upon collection.

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We're an Aussie-owned business focused on supporting local adventurers.

โณ Pre-Order & Delayed Shipments

Sometimes our gear arrives from overseas a little later than planned โ€” especially during busy seasons or port delays. If you've placed a pre-order, please know that we'll be in touch with you fully updated by email with estimated arrival times and any changes. We really appreciate your patience โ€” it's all part of getting top-quality gear delivered right.

CCAMP Shipping Protection Policy

At CCAMP, we want your gear to be safe and ready for your next trip. While we pack every order carefully, things can happen in transit. Our Shipping Protection gives you peace of mind by covering loss or damage during delivery.

โœ… What's Covered

Damage:
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, we'll replace it at no cost once the issue is verified. You'll just need to box the damaged item, and we'll send you a return label.

Loss:
If your order goes missing in transit and the courier confirms it's undeliverable, we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Accidental Damage:
If your gear cops a bump or knock during delivery, you're still protected under our shipping cover.

โ€ข Minor cosmetic packaging damage
โ€ข Courier or customs delays
โ€ข Items stolen or missing after being marked 'Delivered'
โ€ข Parcels left unattended after delivery

๐Ÿงพ How to Make a Claim

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost).
2. Send us proof โ€” photos, order confirmation, or tracking info.
3. We'll review and respond within 3โ€“5 business days.

๐Ÿ’ฒ Shipping Protection Fee

Shipping Protection is available at checkout for a small fee based on your order total. If you choose not to add protection, CCAMP cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or theft after dispatch has occurred.
